Test Manager

Expected profile:

- Completed analytical/technical studies, alternatively several years of experience in quality assurance or testing or completed vocational training in an IT-related field

- Good comprehension and quality awareness as well as interest in familiarizing yourself with complex processes

- At least 3 years of experience in test analysis and/or test management, ideally also experience with test automation

- Ideally experience with agile approach

- Existing ISTQB certification(s) 

- Optional: experience in testing technical interfaces such as web services, databases, etc.

Responsabilities:

- Conception, introduction and improvement of suitable test procedures

- Analysis, design and specification of test cases in the context of software products

- Working closely with our product management and developers as part of our agile software development process

- Drive test automation for the assigned products

- If necessary, technical leadership of project-related teams of test analysts

- Activity in different areas possible, e.g. energy industry; health, media, etc.
