Senior Test Engineer/Manager

Without people whose hearts beat for IT, it does not work. As an internationally active IT specialist, we are therefore looking for you as a Test Engineer (m/f/d) for our location in Brasov. Of course, you can also work remotely, e.g., in a home office.

You will be part of a 80-person QA team, which ensures high quality for our diverse projects and products at 9 locations in 4 countries. We are all united by the passion to make our software even better day by day and thus inspire our customers. Close cooperation within the agile development teams is just as much a given for us, as the use of modern technologies in test automation.

Scope:

• As part of the team responsible for QA in one of our development areas, you will independently design suitable test procedures, support their implementation and continuous improvement.
• You will actively participate in the creation, maintenance, and execution of test cases as well as plan, monitor and report on the test execution phases.
• Optionally you drive test automation for the assigned products.
• As part of our large QA community, you will participate in the evaluation of new trends and help ensure that our QA team is properly positioned for the future.

Requirements:

• You have a few years of experience in quality assurance and have already worked as a Test Engineer (m/f/d)
• You enjoy testing technically and professionally complex systems.
• You have technical IT skills like APIs, Database, etc.
• You have experience with at least one test automation framework, e.g. Robot Framework, Cucumber or similar.
• You ideally have basic programming skills, e.g. in Python, Java, .net, etc.
• Fluent English
• German knowledge would be a plus.
