Senior Software Tester (PQA)

Without people whose hearts beat for IT, it does not work. As an internationally active IT specialist, we are therefore looking for you as a Test Engineer (m/f/d) for our location in Brasov. Of course, you can also work remotely, e.g., in a home office. You will be part of a 80-person QA team, which ensures high quality for our diverse projects and products
at 9 locations in 4 countries. We are all united by the passion to make our software even better day by day and thus inspire our customers. Close cooperation within the agile development teams is just as much a given for us, as the use of modern technologies in test automation.

Tasks

• Planning, execution, and documentation of software tests for our applications in the regulated area (e.g. medical technology, pharmaceuticals, finance)
• Creation and maintenance of test cases, test data and test environments
• Collaboration in the continuous improvement of our test processes and standards
• Coordinate the introduction of test automation with Robot Framework
• Introduction of a test process that meets the requirements of the regulated area.
• Work in an agile environment and Work closely with the product owners.

Your profile

• Degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics or a comparable qualification
• Several years of professional experience in the field of software testing, ideally in the regulated area
• Very good knowledge of test methods and tools, e.g. Test Design, Scrum, Jira, Xray
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines
• Initial experience in test automation with Robot Framework or a comparable framework
• Strong analytical, communicative, and team-orientated skills
• Very good written and spoken English skills
