Network Architect

Scope:

• Development and planning of network architectures for Arvato Systems customers
• Able to analyse the technical requirements and to create technical concepts für network and security scopes
• Able to execute network consulting and to deploy network architecture and design documents
• Able to present comprehensive network architectures and concepts
• Able to manage projects from the architectural point-of-view including overall interface adjustment between the network parts (technical project management)
• Analysis and translation of complex business requirements into technical requirements for development, and creation of high level technical architecture, design documents and technical specifications, in accordance with best practices and standards

Requirements: 

• Bachelor or Master Degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or equivalent
• Minimum of 5 years professional experience in the development and implementation of network architectures or network implementing
• Knowledge in following technologies is an advantage: Routing & switching, Security, LAN & WAN
• Having good understanding for network technolocgy (routing & switching, security) is an advantage, optimal is CCNA/CCNP or better
• Ability to work under tight deadlines. Independent, self-discipline, self-organize, and able to learn and work under minimum supervision
• This job demand flexibility and willingness to work in dynamic environment with customer driven project. The candidates are expected to communicate with clients and colleagues in EU regularly
• Solid analytical, interpersonal and communication (verbal and written) skills including german and english-speaking.
