Infrastructure Support Technician

“We can't do it without people whose heart beats completely for IT. And that is why we are looking for you as an Infrastructure Support Technician (m/f/d) for our location in Brasov / home office.

Tasks:

• Administration and operation of print and DHCP servers

• Creation, editing, and deletion of print queues

• Creation, editing, and deletion of DHCP scopes

• Evaluation, prioritization, and handling of incidents and service requests including customer contact

• Development of print services and DHCP through guidelines and processes

• Establishment and improvement of automation processes

Skill Set:

• Successfully completed vocational training in a relevant field, such as an IT specialist, a successfully completed degree with an information technology focus, or a comparable qualification

• Experience in handling print servers and printers – ideally also Follow-Me-Print

• Experience in handling DHCP servers

• Basic understanding and interest in output management and networking

• Expertise in the workplace environment (Windows 11)

• Structured and careful approach

• Commitment and willingness to work

• Knowledge of German

• English skills
