Customer Reliability Cloud Engineer

Job Duties / Responsibilities:

• Responsibility for the technical delivery of public cloud services for our customers.
• Technical communication with customers to ensure agreed services are delivered and further developed.
• Support in the migration of applications to cloud infrastructures.
• Design of dynamically scalable, highly available, and secure cloud architectures based on business cases and customer requirements.
• Building and implementing cloud infrastructures using Terraform.
• Advising customers and development teams in the areas of DevOps, Continuous Integration (CI), and Continuous Deployment (CD) as well as introducing and establishing these processes.

What we are looking for:

• Completed studies, e.g., in (business) informatics, mathematics, physics, or a comparable qualification with relevant professional experience.
• Practical experience in cloud ecosystems (preferably Azure, alternatively AWS or GCP).
• Solid knowledge of script programming and initial experience with Kubernetes.
• Strong analytical and strategic thinking, initiative, and a sense of responsibility.
• Customer orientation, flexibility, and high commitment are second nature to you, and you enjoy working in a team.
• English language skills at B2 level.
• On site meetings in Germany every 3 months for 2 days or at customer location on demand, but also not long term
