Contact Center System Engineer

 

Responsibilities:

As a Contact Center System Engineer, you will be responsible for the following:

  • Initial takeover of simple tickets (user management, authorization adjustments, etc)
  • Joint and independent review of tickets and solutions (knowledge building)
  • Accompanied and independent training (documentations, online trainings, etc) indifferent Contact Center solutions
  • Migration support, Customizing, testing and management of on-prem and cloud based Contact Center solutions (Genesys Cloud contact center, SAP contact center / Sinch contact center, Samwin contact center or equivalent)
  • Commitment to familiarization and adoption of additional technologies and topics in the Contact Center environment

 

Requirements:

  • Bachelor or Master’s degree in information systems, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or equivalent
  • Minimum of 2-3 years’ experience
  • Voice-over-IP knowledge/protocols hands on experience
  • Network know how and principles on routing
  • Good knowledge of English and German
  • Good communication abilities (actively soliciting conversations and knowledge sharing)
  • Willingness to learn new solutions/systems
  • Experience in dealing with ticketing systems desirable.
  • Optional: programming knowledge, MS SQL databases, REST-API
