What do you bring?

• Vocational / Bachelor level.
• Experience with Excel and SAP; able to work in a process-oriented way.
• Ability to analyze and monitor
• Excellent command of English, and preferably also Dutch and German
• Accurate and precise
• Willing to work day shift, shifted day shift or 2-shifts

What will you do?
As a Warehouse Support Specialist at Arvato Supply Chain Solutions, you will be responsible for coordinating delivery shipments. This means that you schedule all incoming containers and (air) freights and clearly communicate the time slots to all parties involved. You do this based on agreed KPIs and other agreements made with customers. In this job you consult a lot: on the one hand with the warehouse and its Manager, on the other hand with the Account Managers, Supervisors, suppliers, Drivers and of course the customers.

You make sure that all agreements are in writing: therefore you have a lot of mail contact. Furthermore, you are administratively busy with booking delivery shipments into the internal systems. You always create a PO number for the customer in advance, so they can immediately create outbound orders and book out the shipment faster and easier.

Containers and (air) cargo must be unloaded within a certain time frame and according to specific (customer) requirements, and you see to it that this is done correctly. Therefore, you monitor the operation and check whether the service around delivery shipments is optimal. You also make adjustments where necessary and regularly walk around the warehouse to check this. Everything you agree on and observe, you eventually process in reports and invoices. 

You work with other Logistics Administrative Assistants and can regularly be found in the warehouse to coordinate matters with the operation, drivers, suppliers and other colleagues. You will be working day shift, shifted day shift or 2 shifts.
