What will you do as a Logistics Administration Support employee at Arvato?
As an Operational Admin Support Employee, you are responsible for managing stocks/orders (Trouble Shooting) and supporting our operational teams with your knowledge of the Warehouse Management System. You report to the warehouse supervisor.  
 
Tasks and responsibilities: 

  • Inventory of goods mutations (incoming goods, consumption, rejection, outgoing goods, etc.) and check the correctness of stock in SAP; 
  • Analyzing stock differences based on error messages indicated by the system; 
  • Signaling of structural problems, indicating and implementing possible improvement points;
  • Optimizing Warehouse utilization;
  • Being first point of contact for inventory and order related problems that our Warehouse employees may face. 

 
Qualifications you bring with you as a Logistics Administration Support

  • You are analytical and you enjoy being involved with numbers; 
  • You have excellent knowledge of the English language; 
  • You are flexible in your working hours; 
  • You are experienced with Excel (MS Office) and experience with SAP is a plus; 
  • You have good communication skills.
