Position Summary: 

The Regional Account Manager has end to end responsibility for operational and financial processes for the particular client including client engagement and negotiation on a daily basis. Initiates and delivers on multiple process improvement projects. Responsible for complete P&L ownership. Full engagement and collaboration with finance and operations teams. Develops client presentations and participates in new product launches and overall development of the client. Manages all client related day to day issues, reporting and invoicing. 

Serves as liaison between customer, client service representative, procurement team, management staff, operational departments and other distribution personnel.  Performs other special assignments as directed by Business Unit Directors. 


Overall Responsibilities:  

Responsible for providing quality and efficient customer service through the daily management of a team of client service representative and procurement personnel to include motivating, recognizing and rewarding, coaching, counseling, training, and problem solving.  Working in a collaborative team environment responsible for achieving productivity, efficiencies and quality measurements for client services. You will also oversee the coordination with regional warehouse to establish Ship and Pick Dates per Replenishment, and project events including New Store Opening (NSO) SOP and warehouse capacity. Planning of all logistic related activities for upcoming launches and bigger distribution orders. Responsible for distributing pertinent Replenishment and NSO information to regional warehouse, procurement, and logistics teams as appropriate. Coordination with regional warehouse for creation of Cross Dock PO’s.


Additionally you will have oversight in the following processes:

Invoicing, Global Status Reporting, QBR- Preparation/Analysis/Presentation, Project Management, Continuous Process Review,


Job Requirements: 

B.A. or B.S. degree or equivalent work experience preferred 

Minimum two years Customer Service management experience 

Minimum two year Project or Account Management experience 

Total 4 years experience 

Must be able to work in demanding, problem solving orientated environment 

Requires excellent communication skills (written, oral, presentation, and from a distance) 

Must possess financial analysis skills 

Must be assertive, analytical and able to establish priorities 

Experience in a SAP distribution environment 

Knowledge of warehousing and distribution environments 

Good PC skills – preferably in the Mac environment 

Ability to function in ever changing environment 

Travel required
