Position Summary:
Our growing business is looking for a skilled problem solver to join our team as a Customer Service Representative.  We are looking for an enthusiastic individual who listens and is able to analyze and provide innovative solutions to meet both the company and customer goals.  The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining contact with both internal and external customers, provide customer with requested information, act as a liaison between the customer and internal personnel, and ensure that special requirements are executed as requested.


In the Account Rep role you will be responsible for :

  • Maintaining a high level of professionalism as a representative of Arvato organization.
  • Daily Order flow (monitoring/troubleshooting) of Inbound, outbound, & reverse logistics.
  • Maintaining accurate inventory/product status and participation/administration of Special Projects (assist with customer setups).
  • Analyzing returns/Claims, process and communicate with customer on resolutions.
  • Prepare and maintain status reports, modify schedules, prepare project reports for management, clients, or others.
  • Oversee customer account to ensure SLA's (service level agreements) are met.
  • Create and maintain reports as required by customer, prepare for and participate in quarterly business reviews with customer, assist in month end reporting and invoicing.
  • Work closely with operations to ensure program requirements are met on a daily basis.
  • Monitoring processes related to customer specific requirements, order management for both international and domestic.



Customer Service experience and SAP knowledge a plus, Supply Chain Experience is a plus

Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel

• Strong organizational skills with solid analytical ability, ability to problem solve
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work in fast paced environment, effective management of time and multi-tasking
• Ability to work independently and with others
• Must display initiative and flexibility to work in a fast-paced, changing environment

Physical Demands: 

•  Ability to work overtime and flexible hours

•  Able to be stress resilient
