Service Delivery Representative


Overall Responsibilities:


  • Management of BOM (Bill of Material), product life cycle, pricing, procurement, and product status
  • Prepare and maintain status reports and modify schedules or plans required
  • Prepare project reports for management, clients, or others
  • Assist Account Manager in providing technical advice and to resolve problems
  • Oversee customer account to ensure service level agreements are met
  • Correspond with customer to ensure customer requirements are met
  • Create and maintain reports as required by customer
  • Work closely with Operations to ensure program requirements are met on a daily basis
  • Prepare for and participate in quarterly business reviews with customer
  • Assist with customer setup
  • Monitor processes related to customer specific requirements
  • Order Management international and domestic
  • International Order management – special requirements e.g. Licensing
  • Commercial Invoices Verification
  • Support Account Manager with preparation of Monthly Business Review
  • Weekly and Monthly Key Performance report
  • Follow up to ensure that Service Levels (SLA) of all projects are met
  • Provide customer support
  • Provide Month-end support
  • Maintain client confidentiality
  • Provide backup for Account Manager as well as other team members as needed
  • Maintain a team concept safe working environment
  • Other duties as assigned



Minimum Requirements:


  • 3+ years of Customer Service Experience
  • Computer literate in Microsoft Office, including intermediate level in Excel


Preferred Qualifications and Key Traits 

  • Customer Service experience and SAP knowledge a preferred
  • Project management experience a plus
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Solid analytical ability
  • Strong verbal and written communication sills
  • Ability to work in fast paced environment
  • Effective management of time and multi-tasking
  • Ability to work independently and with others
  • Must display initiative and flexibility to work in a fast-paced, changing environment
  • Ability to work overtime as required
  • Travel – minimal

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to sit and talk and listen. The employee is occasionally required to stand, walk, and reach with hands and arms. The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 10 pounds.
