Arvato Supply Chain Solutions is looking for a Project manager with a passion for operational management and continuous improvement to drive complex projects and growth initiatives. This dynamic customer-facing role will require the ability to effectively manage timelines, evolve to meet changing demands, and an ability to build and maintain effective internal and external relationships. You will be able to leverage your exceptional research and analysis skills to foresee obstacles, map out workflows, remove waste and low-value activities and provide recommended solutions. Following project management methodologies, you will assist the site director and take the lead in implementing changes and short-term and long-term strategies throughout different areas of the organization.



Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and publish project schedules using MS Project or equivalent. Maintain baseline schedules for comparison.
  • Manage changes to the project scope, project schedule and project costs using appropriate verification techniques.
  • Ensure resource availability and allocation is appropriated for operational projects.
  • Measure project performance using appropriate tools and techniques.
  • Perform risk management to minimize project risks.
  • Manage the relationship with all internal and external stakeholders.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with third parties/vendors as required.
  • Responsible for content management, format and timeliness of all project correspondence and document submittals.
  • Prepare control board summaries and provide weekly written updates on financial and milestone status for project and operations initiatives.
  • Document, publish and present lessons learned from projects and operations initiatives.


Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Technology, Supply Chain Management, or equivalent experience/education with basic finance skills preferred.
  • At least 3-5 years of experience in Project Management.
  • At least 3-5 years of experience with Microsoft Office, Microsoft Power Platform, and Project Management packages.


Preferred Qualifications:

  • PMP Certification preferred
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in basic data analysis and project financial health.
  • Experience in Operational Supply Chain, Warehouse Management, or Distribution environments.
  • Experience with ERP/WCS (SAP Middleware) systems and PLCs.
  • Experience with Automation, Intelligent Conveyor Systems, Picking Process, and Guided Vehicles.
  • Ability to travel up to 25% within the US, with potential for international travel, if needed.
