  • You are responsible for coordinating the logistics process in your department and meet the predetermined targets and KPI’s daily
  • Daily meetings with all team leaders, to discuss whether the planning is doable, discuss the previous day(s), decide whether targets and KPIs need to be adjusted and whether additional staff are needed 
  • You are engaged in controlling and adjusting the logistics processes in your department throughout the day
  • You’re coordinating on the floor as well as working on progress reports, process improvements or other tasks in the office
  • You will be responsible for the staff scheduling, you regularly contact the Workforce department
  • Besides scheduling the staff, you also coach and motivate your team


  • Vocational (MBO) thinking- and working level with experience / HBO starter
  • At least 1 year of relevant work experience as Supervisor, or at least 2 years of experience as Assistant Supervisor
  • Knowledge of Excel and ERP/WMS systems (preferably SAP)
  • Good command of English language
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to optimize the operations based on this
  • People-oriented; good connector
