Together with your team, you make sure that our candidates and hiring managers are full of praise for your Way of Working. You keep building to make Arvato become an Employer of Choice and you are continuously looking for improvements to work even more efficiently and effectively. As Recruitment Lead you will work closely with the global team to strengthen the employer brand and build strategic partnerships with key players in the recruitment field. And next to all the hard work to achieve these amazing results, you make sure that your team has fun along this journey! Within this position your contribution is highly valued and you will set the standards for our successful and futureproof journey looking at the growth of Arvato.

Furthermore you are responsible for

• You will lead a team of highly skilled recruiters and make sure they work in the most effective way. Supervising and providing overall guidance to the recruitment team;
• Build a solid strategic Recruitment Plan for the team and coach them along the way;
• Manage and monitor key recruitment metrics and ensure continuous professionalization of the department;
• Act as the strategic business partner towards our HR Director and other internal stakeholders;
• Determine the Employer Brand Strategy for the Netherlands and work closely with Global on this topic;
• Launch recruitment projects with the purpose to improve processes and attract talent.

What you will bring to the table

We are looking for an ambitious recruitment professional who is able to support Arvato’s growth by being the best leader for the Recruitment team. You are at a stage in your career where you have a strong desire to further develop your existing experience, abilities and skill set in a dynamic environment. The following are some of the key skills, attributes and experience that we would like to see:

• You have extensive experience in the recruitment profession. You also bring solid experience to the table in developing and implementing a recruitment strategy within a corporate environment;
• You are familiar with the latest trends and developments in recruitment and can apply these in your work;

• You are a connector who knows how to get people on board in the right surrounding;
• You are an Analytical Mastermind with good problem-solving skills;
• Effective communication skills and creative thinking are qualities that reflect you;
• You preferably have completed a Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant direction (HRM, Business Administration, Psychology, Marketing);
• You are an expert in the use of various social media channels and recruitment software (Applicant Tracking Systems);
• Excellent oral and written skills in Dutch and English.
