To support our continuous growth we are looking for a fulltime Corporate Recruiter who is ‘on it’! Do you agree that recruitment is a meaningful profession? Within this position your contribution is highly valued and you will set the standards for our successful and futureproof journey with our customers. You will be responsible for the complete recruitment process and you will be the ‘go to’ person when there are questions regarding the open positions. However, in order to be as efficient as possible, you work closely with the Recruitment Coordinator (Admin) who will take care of the administrative tasks. This way you can focus on finding the perfect candidates for your roles and other interesting projects. There will be focus on self-development and, as member of the Arvato Family, you will receive plenty of coaching and support from your team(lead).

Furthermore you are responsible for

• Support in building a strong recruitment department. You will be included in cool projects regarding employer branding, ATS improvements and more;
• Manage the recruitment process from start-to-end. Starting with creative campaigns to attract until setting up our offer(contract) and negotiate this with the candidates. How cool is that?!
• You will work closely together with hiring managers (your customers) and will contribute to the optimization of (recruitment)processes;
• You are constantly searching for the best suitable candidates in the market. You know how to expend your network and build strong relationships with them;
• You are creative in your sourcing methods and in finding new ways to pleasantly surprise your candidates with your approach.

What you will bring to the table

We are looking for an ambitious recruitment professional who is able to support Arvato’s growth by being the best brand ambassador. You are at a stage in your career where you have a strong desire to further develop your existing experience, abilities and skill set in a dynamic environment. The following are some of the key skills, attributes and experience that we would like to see:

• Experience within a recruitment role involving active search;

• Creative sourcing for the right candidate makes your heart tick even faster. You know how to think outside the box;
• You are a connector who knows how to get people on board in the right surrounding;
• The following qualities apply to you: communicative, proactive, structured, independent, creative and result-oriented;
• You are ambitious and constantly looking to improve your ways of working to be even more successful;
• You preferably have completed an education in a relevant direction (HRM, Business Administration, Psychology, Marketing);
• You know your way in various social media channels and ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems);
• Excellent oral and written skills in Dutch and English.
