Job Description
Are you passionate about supporting operational teams, ensuring stable processes, and taking ownership in a dynamic logistics environment? Join us and play an important role in connecting operations, customer key users, and IT while actively shaping reliable SAP EWM-driven processes. With a hands-on mindset, clear communication, and a strong sense of responsibility, you help teams grow together and deliver results that matter. Are you on it?
First-Level Support for SAP EWM: Serve as the primary point of contact for operational employees regarding SAP EWM-related questions and issues, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations within the customer’s system.
Bridging Operations, IT, and Customer requirements: Coordinate collaboration between operational teams, customer key users, and the IT department to ensure effective communication and issue resolution.
Training and Knowledge Transfer: Deliver training sessions, onboarding activities, and short learning modules. Communicate new functionalities and process changes in a clear, practical, and user-friendly manner.
Process Stability and Continuous Improvement: Support system rollouts, changes, testing activities, and updates to ensure stable and efficient operational processes.
Structured Incident and Ticket Management: Document, analyze, and escalate more complex system-related issues, while tracking progress and ensuring timely follow-up through resolution.
Qualifications
- Logistics and Systems Experience: Experience in warehouse, logistics, or distribution environments. Ideally, knowledge of SAP EWM or experience as a Key User, Super User, or Power User of an ERP or Warehouse Management System.
- IT and Process Understanding: Basic understanding of IT processes, ticket management, and system-supported workflows.
- Language Skills: Very good English skills are required. German language skills are an advantage.
- Working Style and Accountability: Structured, solution-oriented, and self-driven approach to work, combined with a willingness to take ownership and responsibility.
- Communication and Teamwork: Strong interpersonal skills with a collaborative mindset and the ability to communicate complex topics in a clear and understandable manner.
Additional Information
The starting salary for this position is €3,800.00 gross per month. Depending on qualifications and professional experience, we are willing to offer a higher salary.
