Are you eager to take part in the implementation of a new Consumer Products customer at one of Arvato’s newest logistics locations?

As a Business Support Manager, you’ll play a key role in the ongoing implementation of a Consumer Products customer at our logistics location in Echt. With the first phase already live and further implementation activities still underway, this position offers a unique opportunity to contribute to a strategically important operation within Arvato’s growing network.

You’ll be involved in projects that directly impact customer satisfaction, quality, and operational performance while helping shape the future setup of the Business Support function. Working with SAP, WMS, Power BI, and Excel, you'll support a growing operation in a modern warehouse environment that includes automated solutions such as a shuttle system.

YOUR ROLE

As a Business Support Manager, you are responsible for driving projects, supporting strategic initiatives, and translating customer requirements into operational improvements. You ensure projects are delivered successfully while balancing customer satisfaction, quality, and cost objectives.

  • Implementation of projects which have an impact on the overall business, looking at costs, quality, and customer satisfaction;

  • Manage and implement key strategic initiatives for the supply chain;

  • Translate customer voice into internal projects and improvements;

  • Liaise with different departments and third parties;

  • Development of the team, providing direction and support, and responsible for the strategy of the Business Support department.

You report directly to the Director Consumer Products Echt. The Business Support team will consist of two Business Support Specialists, with one position currently still open. During the implementation phase, you will work closely together with the Business Support team supporting another Consumer Products customer in Echt. The final team setup and division of responsibilities will be determined in collaboration with the Business Support Manager of that operation.

You will work full-time, with the possibility to work from home one day per week.

 

YOUR PROFILE

We're looking for a Business Support Manager who enjoys working in a supply chain environment and takes ownership of projects, improvements, and stakeholder relationships.

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field;

  • 3-5 years of experience leading and participating in projects within the supply chain;

  • Leadership qualities or experience managing (young) professionals;

  • Experience with stakeholder management and building business cases;

  • Strong knowledge of warehouse operations, transportation, and/or Supply Chain Management;

  • Experience working with SAP and Warehouse Management Systems;

  • Good command of the English language;

  • Full-time availability preferred;

  • A proactive mindset, strong sense of ownership, and team-player mentality.

  • A gross monthly salary between €3,343 and €6,326 based on a 40-hour workweek, depending on your experience, plus 8% holiday allowance;
