Team Assistant (f/m/d) - Part time: 20 hours

Location: Hamburg, Berlin, Köln, Düsseldorf, Gütersloh, München oder Remote

Your role

We're looking for an experienced Team Assistant (f/m/d) who would like support our management team 20 hours a week.

Your position in our team

• Be responsible for the booking and invoicing of business trips
• Organize meeting and calendar management as well as the preparation, execution and follow-up of appointments
• Take care of the general office organization for our office in Berlin
• Plan small events
• Support the management team in administrative and organizational matters

Your profile

• Several years of experience as a team assistant in a dynamic environment
• Excellent organizational skills, strong hands-on mentality, flexibility, ability to deal with unusual and unpredictable situations
• Sovereignty and composure even in hectic times: Be aware that you are sometimes on call
• Very good know-how in Office tools, ideally Google Suite
• Excellent German and English communication skills
• Completed commercial apprenticeship
