Your Mission

You'll play a crucial role in ensuring Riverty's operations run smoothly and efficiently, all while maintaining strict compliance with local regulations and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.

 

Your responsibilities will include:

 

  • Setting strategic goals and directions for Ops Support activities, guiding our team towards success.
  • Planning and monitoring day-to-day operations to ensure seamless progress and optimal performance.
  • Establishing a proper coaching structure to empower and develop every member of our team.
  • Evaluating the efficiency of business procedures and implementing improvements in collaboration with the Operations Lead.
  • Monitoring overall performance by analyzing relevant data and metrics via key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Ensuring that defined service level agreements (SLAs) are met both internally and externally.
  • Ensuring compliance with external regulations and internal policies and guidelines.
  • Providing active leadership to drive engagement, efficiency, and excellence within the Ops Support organization.
  • Taking an active role in the Operational management team to contribute to strategic decision-making and execution.

To excel in this role, you'll need:

 

  • Leadership experience to effectively steer, guide, and motivate the team towards achieving and surpassing goals.
  • Expertise in regulatory frameworks, operations, market dynamics, and understanding of industry competitors.
  • Excellent communication skills to effectively engage with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Analytical and data-driven mindset to gather insights and drive informed decision-making.
  • Result-oriented approach with a focus on achieving tangible outcomes.
  • Fluency in English and Swedish, both written and verbal, to communicate effectively in a multicultural environment.
