We invite you, who finds this inspiring and have experience in sales and customer care, to join our Key Account team as the new LEADER. The position reports to the country LEAD.

 

The team has eight, dedicated Key Account Managers who every day are striving to make our customers and clients happy. Your job is to inspire, lead, maximize their potential and ensure high standards of performance. You collaborate and communicate effectively with peers, cross-functional teams and CLIENTS AND CUSTOMERS.

Working in the evolving fintech branch, you take pride in having a strategic flair for business, always looking for opportunities to make Riverty prosperous and seen as the best partner. You have a comprehensive fact-based approach in combination with the ability to think new things.

 

We think you have the best opportunities to succeed with the following background:

Formality:

Min. bachelor’s degree from relevant field within finance or commercial

Min five years of relevant experience

Strong financial and commercial understanding, and skills that help you see commercial opportunities

Negotiation experience that can demonstrate results through customer relations

You master IT as a natural part of the job

Your skills in Norwegian and English - both written and spoken – is proficient

Personality:

You take pride in being a leader who SEE the people in the team and lead them to success

You see customer satisfaction as a central and inspiring part of the task as a manager

You are a distinct relationship builder with good collaboration skills

You act on own initiative, are confident in making decisions, and exhibits high personal integrity

You have great execution ability and high work capacity, is proactive, thorough and structured
