The Role

Do you have a passion for driving meaningful people and team development, promoting a culture of enriching learning experiences that enhance diverse careers?

We’re looking for a Learning and Development Specialist who will be part of our expanding Global Learning & Development team, based in London. Supporting end-to-end design and delivery of all global development initiatives.  

 

Objectives

Global program development and business partnering:

  • Work in close partnership with managers, leaders, and HR Directors to understand the development needs of employees and teams across different regions.
  • Design and deliver innovative virtual and face to face learning initiatives and programs using a blend of techniques and through building relationships with external experts and stakeholders.
  • Project manage and coordinate logistics including scheduling, registration, tracking attendance and impact evaluation.
  • Be a ‘trusted advisor’ to employees seeking professional development opportunities and career coaching.
  • Comply with organisational reporting requirements i.e. CSRD.
  • Partner across our HR community to support an integrated talent development approach, inputting to relevant training, talent identification and succession planning.

Engagement:

  • Represent the totality of L&D offerings, advertising opportunities on relevant channels.
  • Support campaigns and employee engagement efforts via relevant internal and external platforms.

Knowledge and Skills

  • Knowledge of effective learning strategies and blended learning techniques
  • Excellent presentation, communication and facilitation skills, both virtually and in person. 
  • Proven ability to collaborate and partner across a global organisation with internal and external providers/vendors.
  • Commercial awareness and experience of managing delivery within defined budgets.
  • Project management skills with experience of managing a portfolio of projects in a fast paced, dynamic environment.
  • Ability to think independently, drive projects proactively and work collaboratively.
  • Adaptable and flexible to meet changing business needs and to keep up to date with digital solutions and advancements
  • Passionate about embedding a DEI through all learning content and programs.
  • Certification in executive coaching and psychometric tools desirable
  • Experience: Proven track record in L&D or related roles in a global organisation
  • Experience in the media sector desirable.
