YOUR ROLE
As a Customer Support Officer, you'll coordinate and monitor outgoing customer orders from start to finish. You'll ensure orders are delivered according to agreed service levels, proactively resolve operational issues, and work closely with internal teams to keep the supply chain running smoothly.
Your responsibilities include:
- Monitoring outgoing customer orders and ensuring timely delivery according to agreed Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
- Tracking transport exceptions and resolving operational issues through system analysis and coordination.
- Analyzing operational data while monitoring KPIs, planning, and customer expectations.
- Identifying discrepancies between incoming and outgoing orders and collaborating with colleagues to resolve them.
- Supporting continuous process improvements by proactively identifying and addressing operational deviations.
You'll become part of the Customer Support team within our Healthcare division in Heijen. Together with your colleagues, you'll work closely with Warehouse Operations, Planning, Transport, and our international customers to ensure excellent service every day.
You'll primarily work during regular office hours. Depending on operational requirements, occasional flexibility may be needed.
Qualifications
We're looking for a customer-focused Customer Support Officer who enjoys working in a dynamic healthcare logistics environment and thrives on solving operational challenges.
- MBO (vocational) working and thinking level with at least one year of relevant work experience, or an HBO starter;
- Excellent command of the English language, both spoken and written;
- Dutch language skills are a plus;
- Experience with Microsoft Excel;
- Experience with ERP and/or WMS systems is a strong advantage;
- Strong analytical skills with a process-oriented mindset;
- Customer-focused, proactive, and a strong communicator;
- Enjoys working collaboratively in a team environment.

- A gross monthly salary between €2,560 and €3,349 based on a 40-hour workweek depending on your experience;
