Working Student Product Growth (m/f/d)

At Riverty, we drive growth by connecting the dots between product, market, and commercial execution. As part of our Product Growth team, you’ll support go-to-market initiatives and help scale our solutions across new industries and regions. What you’ll do 

• Support the creation of enablement materials (e.g., brochures, FAQs, pitch decks) that help sales and partner teams position our products effectively
• Collaborate closely with Product Managers to turn product features into compelling and value-bringing narratives
• Contribute to internal knowledge-sharing by preparing slides and documentation for Product Growth enablement sessions and cross-functional workshops with colleagues from Product, Sales and Marketing
• Conduct market and partner research to support new vertical and geographic expansion opportunities
• Help document best practices and structure internal resources that support scalable go-lives for new merchants and partners

What you bring to the team

• You are currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree program (e.g., Business, Economics, Marketing, Communication, or related fields)
• You have a passion for digital products, tech, or payments - and want to learn how these get launched and scaled. Ideally, you even bring some hands-on work experiences from a FinTech start- or grown-up
• You are a great communicator and bring fluent skills in English (German or Dutch is a plus)
• You bring a structured and curious mindset, thrive in complexity and can’t wait to dive into new topics and scenario forecasting
• You are a self-starter who enjoys collaborating in a cross-functional environment and you are not afraid to ask questions
• Bonus: You have worked with tools like PowerPoint/ MS Office Suite or Figma before
