SUMMARY:

Join a product-engineering team building Azure-based microservices and modern web apps that help providers maintain legal compliance and deliver consistent, high-quality care. You’ll ship features end-to-end in .NET/C#/Angular, improve performance at scale, and mentor associates while learning alongside a collaborative team. 

WHERE YOU'll WORK (HYBRID)

30 days / quarter in our Morrisville office (near the Raleigh/Durham airport). We use in-person time for design reviews, pairing, and team meetings; the rest is flexible for focused work. 

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING:

•     Building and maintaining backend services/APIs in .NET (C#) on Azure; contributing to a modern web UI in Angular (React/Svelte experience welcome) 
•     Participating in Agile rituals (planning, standups, retros) and helping refine the team backlog 
•     Optimizing for reliability, performance, and security 
•     Contributing to CI/CD and observability 
•     Writing clear technical documentation 
•     Reviewing PRs and mentoring Associate Software Engineers 

YOU’VE GOT WHAT IT TAKES IF YOU HAVE/ARE:

•     3+ years building production software with .NET Core/C# 
•     1+ years with a modern JS framework (Angular preferred; React/Svelte OK) 
•     1+ years with SQL Server (comfortable with queries and schema design) 
•     Familiar with using Azure services (App Service, Azure SQL; Cosmos DB) 
•     Working knowledge of CI/CD, cloud security/identity (AAD), and DevOps practices 
•     Experience with microservices and distributed systems 
•     Growth mindset and strong collaboration/communication 
•     Problem solving approach with great time management skills 
•     Bachelor’s degree 
•     Microsoft AZ-900 (Azure Fundamentals) - current or obtained within the first 60 days of your employment (we pay for the exam)

IT WOULD BE NICE IF YOU HAD:

•  PowerShell or Python for automation
• Jira/Confluence

Relias values collaboration and wants to ensure that our team members have opportunities to work with their teams regularly for professional development opportunities. Our flexible hybrid work environment requires that you live in the state of North Carolina, within a commutable distance to our office (~1-hour commute), which is near the Raleigh/Durham airport. You would be expected to work in our Morrisville, NC Headquarters approximately 30 days/quarter.
