Serving an integral role for the entire marketing organization, the Marketing Operations Specialist will be responsible for ensuring seamless execution of lead intake, processing, and routing to the sales team. This role also supports system enhancements and data management within Salesforce and related platforms to optimize lead and client opportunity workflows. Reporting to the Director, Marketing Operations, the Specialist collaborates across departments and is an excellent entry point for building a career in marketing operations at Relias.
WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING:
• Consistently analyzing process to look for areas of improvement and optimization and making recommendations on how to increase data integrity, processing time, and ultimately revenue.
• Process and enrich inbound leads, ensuring accurate placement within existing records or creating new ones. Manage lead-to-contact conversion, account creation, and opportunity routing using Salesforce and territory management tools.
• Leverage applications to keep sales teams aware of Marketing events, new collateral, and other resource notifications
• Work across business units to assist in the management and operations of sales and marketing solutions
• Assist in the preparation and reporting of marketing KPIs, including funnel analytics, conversion rates, and attribution metrics.
• Works cross functionally to help build data-driven reports and analyses relating to marketing funnel analytics, conversion rates, and attribution
YOU’VE GOT WHAT IT TAKES IF YOU HAVE:
• Marketing Tool Management - Utilization of a wide range of relevant marketing enablement tools, including but not limited to Adobe Creative, AdRoll, HTML/CCS, Google Analytics, Salesforce, PowerBI, Competitive Platform, various email platforms, and related technologies to complete marketing tasks efficiently. The competency includes client management, accurate record keeping, handling of all data, processes, and workflows.
• Target Market Knowledge - The ability to understand and apply insights about a specific group of consumers or businesses that Relias aims to reach with its products and solutions. This competency includes market segmentation, customer needs and preferences, and competitive landscape.
• 1+ years of experience in a data management or other role requiring prioritization and deadlines
• Experience working in a fast-paced start-up/high-growth environment where every individual makes a difference
• Detail-oriented, with excellent project management skills and the ability to successfully multi-task and manage several initiatives at one time
• Energetic team player, who thrives in a collaborative environment where many people contribute to the overall success of projects
• Established track record of consistent delivery and meeting or exceeding marketing deadlines
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Graphic Design, Journalism, or relevant field or equivalent experience

IN OFFICE REQUIREMENT:
Relias values collaboration and wants to ensure that our team members have opportunities to work with their teams regularly for professional development opportunities. Our flexible hybrid work environment requires that you live in the state of North Carolina, within a commutable distance to our office (~1-hour commute). You would be expected to work in our Morrisville, NC Headquarters approximately 30 days/quarter.
