Job Description


The Client Executive role is an individual contributor position that proactively manages a set of designated accounts by cultivating and maintaining relationships through critical activities throughout the client lifecycle stages of adopt, engage, expand, and retain. The Client Executive is also responsible for leading proactive lead generation activities including account-based marketing approaches, event attendance, marketing generated lead follow up and “on the ground” relationship building.   

 

This role will be working in our Acute Care vertical. 


WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING:

  • Serving as the main point of contact to our largest and highest value clients, related to retention and growth and expansion opportunities

  • Dedicating time to an analysis of each individual customer’s key objectives, and integrating such considerations in sales approach or suggested products

  • Applying knowledge of how products address customer needs, as well as propensity to stay up to date with internal and competitor product development 

  • Remaining engaged in a customer satisfaction issues until solution is reached, maintaining objectivity, a high level of business acumen, and addressing root problems

  • Supporting specific marketing programs, lead generation campaigns, and targeted sales activities 

  • Attend relevant industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to promote the Relias’ offerings and develop client relationships

  • Partner closely with internal teams (marketing, Solutions) as needed to align on client strategies and share insights to help drive overall business goals and objectives

  • Other duties as assigned

 


Qualifications


YOU’VE GOT WHAT IT TAKES IF YOU HAVE/ARE:

  • 7+ years Account Management experience in the healthcare market 

  • Proven record of exceeding sales quotas over an extended period in SaaS, consultative sales within the last 3 years 

  • Prove track record cultivating new relationships and passion for client success 

  • Proven ability to navigate internal departments to product results for clients and company  

  • Bachelor’s degree in business or healthcare field 

  • The ability to travel ~25-50%

  • Client Relationship Management – ability to effectively manage and nurture client relationships to achieve mutual success 

  • Consultative Selling – ability to engage prospects and clients in a relationship-driven sales approach by acting as a trusted advisor who seeks to understand the client's needs and challenges in order to provide tailored solutions  

  • Sales Tool Management – utilization of sales enablement tools to support the sales process and improve overall client experience  

  • Adaptability - ability to adjust, change, or modify their approach, mindset, or behavior in response to new circumstances, challenges, or changing environments  

  • Communication - skills and abilities necessary to effectively convey and exchange information, ideas, and feelings between individuals or groups using various verbal and non-verbal methods to deliver messages clearly, accurately, and appropriately, while also actively listening and understanding the messages received  

 

IT WOULD BE NICE TO HAVE:

  • Vertical-specific healthcare experience strongly preferred

Salary Information:

We are targeting an On-Target-Earnings of ~$150,000 - $250,000 annually. Relias considers many factors when making an offer including; established salary range, internal budgets, business need, education and years of applicable work experience possessed by the applicant. Further, salary is only one element of our total compensation and benefits package.
