Job Description


The Director of Revenue Operations is a highly strategic and data-driven leadership role that works collaboratively across sales, customer success, and marketing to ensure go-to-market success. The Director of Revenue Operations plays a critical role in driving predictable revenue growth, ensuring operational excellence, and aligning cross-functional teams around shared metrics and processes. The ideal candidate has extensive SaaS experience, thrives in fast-paced environments, and combines analytical rigor with strong leadership skills.

 

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING: 

  • Leading a team of 5 Revenue Operations Analysts.
  • Developing and maintaining dashboards, KPIs, and reporting to deliver actionable insights that improve forecasting accuracy, territory planning, and resource allocation.
  • Developing, documenting, and executing the revenue operations roadmap, ensuring scalable processes that support revenue growth.
  • Partnering with Revenue Technology team to deliver value from technology investments, working to ensure data integrity, automate key processes, and increase productivity.
  • Partnering with Enablement to ensure effective sales strategies, technology adoption, and best practices.
  • Standardizing lead management, pipeline management, and account handoffs across GTM teams to identify gaps, risks, and opportunities.
  • Leading annual planning for revenue targets, quotas, and territories.
  • Other duties as assigned.

 


    Qualifications


    YOU’VE GOT WHAT IT TAKES IF YOU HAVE: 

    • 10+ years of progressive revenue operations experience in SaaS, including at minimum 5 years in management roles
    • Bachelor's Degree 
    • Adaptability - ability to adjust, change, or modify their approach, mindset, or behavior in response to new circumstances, challenges, or changing environments
    • Collaboration - ability to work effectively and harmoniously with others towards a common goal or objective utilizing the skills and attitudes necessary to engage, communicate, and cooperate with individuals or groups, fostering an inclusive and productive work environment.
    • Communication - skills and abilities necessary to effectively convey and exchange information, ideas, and feelings between individuals or groups using various verbal and non-verbal methods to deliver messages clearly, accurately, and appropriately, while also actively listening and understanding the messages received
    • Creativity - ability to generate original and innovative ideas, solutions, or approaches to problem-solving, including the capacity to think divergently, break away from conventional thinking patterns, and produce unique and valuable outcomes.
    • Initiative - ability and willingness to take independent action, show proactive behavior, and drive progress without being explicitly instructed or directed.
    • Problem Solving - ability to define and clarify problems, gather relevant information, and analyze the root causes or underlying factors contributing to the problem ultimately resolving complex or challenging situations or issues.

    IN OFFICE REQUIREMENT:

    Relias values collaboration and wants to ensure that our team members have opportuniites to work with their managers regularly for professional development opportunities.  This role requires that you live in the state of North Carolina, within a commutable distance to our office.  You would be expected to work in our Morrisville, NC Headquarters approximately 40 days/quarter.
