Job Description
WHAT YOU'LL DO:
- Manages assigned accreditation applications and submissions by following established standards, processes, and team guidance.
- Applies and continues to build knowledge of accreditation guidelines, submission requirements, recordkeeping expectations, reporting processes, and internal product management systems.
- Identifies and organizes the materials, stakeholders, and supporting documentation needed to complete applications and submissions on schedule.
- Ensures applications, submissions, and supporting reports are accurate, complete, and aligned with accrediting and regulatory requirements.
- Communicates professionally and effectively with external accrediting and regulatory agencies to support timely submission and resolution of questions.
- Determines the appropriate target audience and submission criteria for content seeking accreditation or regulatory approval.
- Researches and verifies source materials to ensure required references and supporting documentation are appropriately captured for submission.
- Develops timed agendas and other required submission components to support accreditation review.
- Submits accreditation documentation in a timely and efficient manner to meet internal and external deadlines.
- Monitors submission status and follows up with accrediting boards and agencies to help ensure timely decisions and issue resolution.
- Prepares and delivers accurate, timely reporting required by external accrediting and regulatory agencies.
- Maintains accurate project, task, and time-tracking records in QuickBase to support visibility, accountability, and workflow management.
- Builds trust and strong working relationships within the team to support collaboration and delivery against product commitments.
- Develops an understanding of the interrelated nature of accreditation work and partners effectively with stakeholders across Relias to support shared goals.
- Assigns certificates within the learning management system accurately and in accordance with established processes.
Qualifications
YOU'VE GOT WHAT IT TAKES IF:
- Bachelor’s Degree
- 1+ year of experience working with accreditation boards or bodies within Relias.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- 1+ year of experience working in QuickBase.
- Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills, with the ability to partner effectively with Content, Product, and subject matter experts.
- Excellent time management skills.
- Ability to work independently and with a high degree of autonomy.
- Receptive to feedback and able to apply constructive input to professional growth.
- Ability to remain calm, professional, and diplomatic in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize competing projects.
- Ability to manage deadlines and perform effectively under time constraints.
- Ability to leverage Artificial Intelligence (AI) in daily workflows to drive efficiency and support process improvement, while exercising sound judgment to validate outputs and ensure accuracy.
