The role
Transworld is looking for a dynamic, proactive and organised new Publicity Assistant to join its industry award-winning team.
Key responsibilities:

Providing a high level of support to three senior publicists with their publicity campaigns e.g. organising travel arrangements, creating press releases, coordinating mailings, admin across supply of images and information to journalists and media

General administration e.g. booking meetings, attending meetings and taking minutes, diary management

Maintaining databases, updating systems and budget sheets, and raising and coding purchase orders and invoices

Posting, when required, to our social media channels

Acting as a point of contact for the department, fielding phone calls from journalists, monitoring of the generic Publicity Department email inbox daily, and answering queries from the public.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively to a wide range of people

Experience of using a variety of social media

Experience/ Knowledge of MS Office Excel/Word/ Outlook

Salary
£27,500 plus benefits.

For this role we expect the successful candidate to work from our London-based office a minimum of three days per week (two being Tuesdays and Wednesdays) and offer a maximum of two days per week working remotely.
