What You’ll Do

  • Partner with engineering leads to plan and track sprints, releases, and cross-team dependencies.
  • Build and maintain detailed delivery plans, roadmaps, and status reporting for senior leadership.
  • Identify and proactively manage risks, trade-offs, and delivery constraints.
  • Facilitate effective communication across engineering, product, design, and research functions.
  • Drive continuous improvement in delivery practices, tool usage, and agile processes.
  • Support resourcing, prioritization, and capacity planning in collaboration with team leads.
  • Ensure clear documentation, accountability, and visibility of program progress.

What You’ll Bring

  • Proven ability to deliver complex technical programs (preferably in AI, data, or platform engineering).
  • Strong understanding of AI/ML development lifecycles, including model experimentation, deployment, and evaluation.
  • Excellent project management and organizational skills (e.g backlog management, sprints).
  • Proficiency in agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban) and modern collaboration tools (e.g. Jira, Confluence, Miro).
  • Ability to translate technical details into clear business updates and vice versa.
  • Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving and risk management abilities.
  • High level of attention to detail with a bias toward structured execution and follow-through.

Experience & Qualifications

  • 3-5 years of experience in program/project management within technology or engineering organizations
  • Proven solid experience supporting delivery for software engineering teams, ideally in AI, data, or platform domains.
  • Background in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field (or equivalent practical experience).
  • Experience operating in a matrixed or enterprise-scale environment.
