Sales & B2B Marketing Coordinator

immediate availability // full time (40h) // Budapest, hybrid

 

ABOUT US
Territory Influence is a leading word-of-mouth (WOM) marketing agency capable of activating the full influencer pyramid. We focus on on–off WOM campaigns, product trials, ratings & reviews (R&R), and claim generation – mainly through nano and micro influencers. 

 We're looking for a proactive and structured team player to support our CEE Business Development and B2B marketing team (focusing on the Hungarian and Polish market mainly) in a dynamic international agency environment. 

 

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

Sales & Business Development Support (~65%) 

  • Focusing on both Hungarian and Polish market 

  • Potentially lead generation (cold → warm), research, discovery support 

  • Preparing campaign concepts tailored to client goals 

  • Keeping the CRM system updated 

  • Operational support for the full sales pipeline 

  • Supporting contract preparation and admin coordination 

  • Assisting with sales presentations and proposals 

 

B2B Marketing Support (~35%) 

  • Supporting Hungarian B2B marketing campaigns and operations 

  • Translations (HU–EN), content adaptation 

  • Event organisation and coordination (participation point of view) 

  • Website content updates 

  • Translating and compiling newsletters, guides, posts 

  • Generating reports and stats for marketing and sales 

  • Potentially: Creating and managing B2B social media content (mainly LinkedIn) 

 

  REQUIREMENTS

  • 1-3 years of experience in sales support, BD, or marketing coordination 

  • Highly organized, proactive and detail-oriented 

  • CRM experience (e.g. HubSpot, Pipedrive etc.) 

  • Fluent in Hungarian and English (written and spoken) 

  • Excellent communication and coordination skills 

  • Affinity for B2B content and communication 

 

NICE TO HAVE

  • Experience in influencer marketing or at an agency 

  • Hands-on social media management (B2B focus) 

  • Confident in creating presentations and sales materials
