Customer Success & Growth Manager (m/f/d)

medicines.ie is part of cormeo, which is a fast-growing pharma-tech platform.

cormeo brings together the expertise of Docuvera, EXTEDO, medicines.ie and Rote Liste to provide a holistic approach to the creation, management and distribution of regulated information and data across the life sciences industry.

Through innovative solutions for managing and exchanging regulated information, we act as a trusted bridge between industry, regulatory authorities, healthcare professionals and patients. This enables an efficient and compliant flow of information, ultimately contributing to improved patient care and better health outcomes.

In Ireland, medicines.ie plays a central role within this ecosystem:

medicines.ie is a regulatory-approved digital platform providing accurate, up-to-date medicines information for the Irish healthcare system, sourced directly from pharmaceutical companies and supporting healthcare professionals and patients in making informed, safe decisions.

As the business continues to grow, we are expanding its commercial offering and investing in dedicated customer success and growth capability. In 2026, medicines.ie became an independent company, owned in partnership by cormeo, and the Irish Pharmaceutical Healthcare Association (IPHA), representing the innovative pharmaceutical industry in Ireland.

As part of the Bertelsmann Next unit within the global investment platform Bertelsmann Investments, cormeo and all its brands benefit from a strong culture of innovation, international connectivity and solid financial backing. This enables us to actively shape technological advancements and drive sustainable growth across our markets.
