Your Mission


The Promotion Coordinator plays a key role in supporting and executing promotion strategies for our roster of country artists. This position is ideal for a highly organized communicator with a strong passion for country music and a desire to contribute meaningfully to artist growth and campaign success.

 

What You'll Be Doing

  • Develop and implement comprehensive radio promotion strategies for new releases and upcoming albums from our artists. 
  • Cultivate and maintain relationships with radio programmers, DJs, and industry professionals to enhance airplay for our artists. 
  • Analyze and track radio airplay metrics and trends to assess the effectiveness of promotion campaigns. 
  • Coordinate and execute promotional events, interviews, and appearances for artists to maximize exposure. 
  • Collaborate with marketing, publicity, and digital teams to create cohesive promotional initiatives. 
  • Prepare and present regular updates and reports on promotion activities and airplay performance to management. 
  • Assist artists in developing their radio presence and strategy for engaging with their fan base. 
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest trends in country music and radio promotion. 

 

What You Bring

  • Strong understanding of the country music landscape and current industry trends. 
  • Proven track record of successful radio campaigns and established relationships with radio stations and industry professionals. 
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. 
  • Highly organized with strong project management skills and attention to detail. 
  • Proficient in using promotional tools, social media, and reporting platforms. 

 

What Would Be A Plus

  • Previous experience in radio promotions preferably with the country music genre 
  • A Bachelors degree in Music Business or Marketing Communications

Pay 
$48,000

The pay listed above is dependent upon factors such as work experience, qualifications and business needs. In addition to the range above, this role is eligible for a discretionary annual bonus and applicable benefits.
