Your Mission
Are you the go-to friend for new music discoveries and viral social trends? Do you love being at the intersection of culture, creativity, and technology? If so, you might be the perfect fit for our Digital Marketing Coordinator role at BMG!
In this role, you’ll be the heartbeat of the BBR Digital Marketing team and help bring music to life online by connecting artists with their fans, playing a key part in the journey of releasing music from start to finish. We’re looking for someone who lives and breathes music, thrives on social media trends, is savvy with AI and energized by the ever-evolving world of digital innovation.
What You'll Be Doing
- Provide essential support to the Nashville Digital Marketing team by managing day-to-day administrative and operational needs, including reporting, setting up tracking links, and monitoring fan sentiment and online conversations.
- Manage digital marketing campaigns from start to finish, including digital activations, paid media, social strategy, and campaign tracking.
- Monitor fan engagement and provide optimizations based on performance insights.
- Devise social timelines and monitor fan engagement.
- Collaborate with Creative team on content, including copy, design and specs needed for each social platform (X, Facebook, Instagram, Snapchat, TikTok, Tumblr, Substack, Reddit and Discord).
- Coordinate social advertising, including assets and copy, boosting posts and native ads across Facebook, Instagram, TikTok and more.
- Identify social influencers and develop a partnership strategy for our music and content.
- Stay ahead of digital trends by regularly researching new platform features, emerging tech, AI capabilities, and industry shifts.
- Track and analyze social performance, delivering key insights and engagement data across artist platforms to inform strategy.
- Create, maintain, and optimize social performance reports throughout the campaign lifecycle.
- Develop and execute strategies to expand CRM initiatives and direct-to-fan communication, including SMS, Instagram Broadcast, TikTok Bulletin Board, WhatsApp, etc.
What You Bring
- Demonstrated knowledge of current digital trends and the willingness to learn more about the various areas of digital marketing.
- Keen understanding of the artist’s voice and audience to best engage consumers.
- Passion for promoting music and connecting fans with their favorite (or soon-to-be favorite) artists.
- Attention to detail and excellent writing/editing skills.
- Organized and a natural multi-tasker.
- Ability to take initiative and work well in a team environment.
- Experience managing social communities.
- Interest in AI and new tech.

- Previous experience in a digital marketing position.
- Experience with Photoshop and/or Canva.

Pay Range
$47,000 - $51,000 per annum
The pay range listed above is dependent upon factors such as work experience, qualifications and business needs. In addition to the range above, this role is eligible for a discretionary annual bonus and applicable benefits.
