Your Mission

Are you a proactive music enthusiast with experience in product and marketing within the record industry? We're seeking a talented Junior Manager to join our Global Catalogue Recordings (GCR) team in London for a 2-month fixed-term contract. This junior-level role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to global product, marketing, and content campaigns for our diverse catalogue.

 

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Product & Content Management: Coordinate the creation, delivery, and approval of creative assets across all formats (digital, physical, audio-visual). This includes meticulous artwork proofreading, metadata management, and liaising with internal and external teams for product delivery. You'll also support optimisation initiatives and asset creation for DSPs.
  • Campaign Execution & Strategy: Support the delivery of engaging worldwide marketing campaigns by collaborating with digital marketing, insights, content creation, and local territory teams. You'll prepare campaign tools, manage timelines, generate pitches, organise D2C setups, and coordinate with external agencies for artist promotion and social media.
  • Data & Insights: Utilise streaming and social analytics to inform campaign planning, strategy, and reporting, ensuring repertoire is effectively presented and promoted.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration & Administration: Develop strong relationships with artists, artist managers, and internal departments. You'll manage your own project roster, support team members, and handle essential administrative tasks including scheduling, approvals, archiving, and clearances.

 

What You Bring

  • Proven product and marketing experience within a record company setting, with a strong grasp of streaming and digital marketing.
  • A genuine interest in music and current developments within the music industry, including emerging technologies.
  • Exceptional organisational skills, proactivity, and the ability to manage multiple conflicting priorities with meticulous attention to detail.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, enabling you to build relationships internally and externally with ease and discretion.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Word), Google Suite, file-sharing platforms, and various streaming platforms.
