Coordinator – UK Streaming / Global Apple Music

Your Mission at BMG
We're seeking a highly organised and proactive Coordinator to support both the UK Streaming team and the global team responsible for the Apple Music account. This role sits at the intersection of local market execution and global platform strategy, requiring strong attention to detail, effective communication skills and a passion for music and digital platforms. The ideal candidate will play a key role in campaign coordination, reporting, and day-to-day account support, helping to ensure seamless collaboration between UK and global stakeholders while maximising opportunities with Apple Music.
What You’ll Be Doing
UK Streaming Support
- Assist in the execution of UK streaming campaigns across key DSPs, with a focus on Apple Music, but also having a front facing responsibility for Deezer and SoundCloud.
- Support playlist pitching processes, including gathering materials and tracking submissions.
- Maintain and update internal trackers, schedules, and campaign documents.
- Work closely with UK repertoire teams to align streaming strategies with release priorities. Collating and distributing key release information to internal and external stakeholders.
Global Apple Music Support
- Provide administrative and coordination support to the global Apple Music account team.
- Help manage global release schedules, key priorities, and campaign timelines.
- Assist in preparing presentations, pitch decks, and performance reports for Apple Music.
- Track and monitor playlist placements, campaign results, and key metrics globally.
- Facilitate communication between international teams and ensure alignment on priorities.
- Contribute to strategic projects that aim to continue BMG’s strong proactive approach to the Apple Music business.
Reporting & Insights
- Compile weekly and ad hoc reports on streaming performance and campaign activity.
- Analyse trends and highlight key insights to support decision-making.
Stakeholder Coordination
- Act as a central point of contact between UK and global teams.
- Coordinate meetings, agendas, and follow-ups with internal and external stakeholders.
- Build strong working relationships across departments and markets.
What You Bring
- Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Comfortable working with data and reporting tools (e.g. Excel, Google Sheets).
- Interest in digital music, streaming platforms, and industry trends.
- Proactive, solutions-oriented mindset.
- Experience in using Outlook, Excel, Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Mailchimp, Apple Mac software.
It's a plus if you have
- Previous experience in a music, media, or digital environment.
- Familiarity with Apple Music and other DSPs.
- Experience working across international teams.
