Overview

We are seeking a structured, proactive, and highly accurate individual to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be a master of administration with a passion for music, eager to dive into detailed data management. This operational role is crucial for ensuring the smooth and accurate processing of our music rights data, diligently handling registrations and providing essential administrative support for our publishing activities. You will be a central point of contact for various data-related tasks and will play a key role in maintaining the integrity and precision of our internal systems and workflows. 

 

What You’ll Be Doing

Data Entry and System Management:

  • Accurately entering and managing song titles and master data in our internal systems (SD).
  • Processing and meticulously updating media deals within the system.
  • Preparing and processing precise exports of monthly registrations.
  • Creating and managing composer, client, and other setups in the database with a strong focus on detail.

 

Music Rights and Registrations:

  • Systematically handling Sena registrations for various projects.
  • Managing and resolving counter claims within our systems through careful administrative processing.
  • Preparing registrations for upcoming releases and projects, ensuring all data is complete and accurate.
  • Processing and diligently filing signed agreements (OU's).
  • Processing of Cue sheets.
  • Processing of setlists.

 

Communication and Coordination:

  • Answering and managing emails regarding ongoing administrative matters efficiently.
  • Communicating with internal and external contacts to systematically request necessary information.
  • Handling and resolving administrative tickets or requests promptly and accurately.

 

General Administartive Support:

  • Assisting with specific administrative projects.
  • Updating and maintaining various tracking sheets and documents with high precision.

 

What You Bring

  • Demonstrated experience in a highly administrative and data-focused role.
  • A highly structured, detail-oriented and systematic work ethic.
  • A genuine enjoyment for working with data, administrative workflows and ensuring accuracy.
  • Excellent proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
  • Strong command of the English language, both written and spoken.
  • Ability to work independently and take initiative, as well as being a collaborative team player.
  • A genuine interest in and passion for music.
  • Experience within the music or media industry is a plus, but not essential.
  • Familiarity with music rights management and publishing concepts is a bonus, and a skillset you can build over time.
