Your Mission
We are looking for a structured, proactive, and highly accurate professional to join our energetic and collaborative team. The ideal candidate is an administrative expert with a genuine passion for music, ready to immerse themselves in detailed data management.
In this operational role, you will be essential to the smooth and precise processing of our music rights data, carefully managing registrations and providing vital administrative support for our publishing activities. You will serve as a key point of contact for a range of data‑related tasks, playing an important role in safeguarding the integrity and accuracy of our internal systems and workflows.
What You'll Be Doing
- Enter and maintain song titles and master data in our internal systems (SD) with exceptional attention to detail.
- Process and update media deals, ensuring all information is current and accurate.
- Prepare and export monthly registrations with precision.
- Create and manage composer, client, and other profiles in our database, always keeping quality in focus.
- Handle Sena registrations for a variety of projects in an organised, consistent manner.
- Manage and resolve counter‑claims through thorough administrative follow‑up.
- Prepare registrations for upcoming releases, verifying that all data is complete and correct.
- File signed agreements (OU’s) methodically for easy retrieval.
- Process cue sheets and setlists promptly and accurately.
- Respond to emails regarding ongoing administrative matters with clarity and efficiency.
- Liaise with colleagues and external contacts to gather required information in a timely way.
- Address and close administrative tickets or requests with a solutions‑focused approach.
- Assist in defined administrative projects, contributing to their smooth completion.
- Maintain and update tracking sheets and documentation to keep information up‑to‑date and reliable.
What You Bring
- Fluency in Dutch, alongside a strong command of the English language, both written and spoken.
- Demonstrated experience in a highly administrative and data-focused role.
- A highly structured, detail-oriented and systematic work ethic.
- A genuine enjoyment for working with data, administrative workflows and ensuring accuracy.
- Excellent proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Ability to work independently and take initiative, as well as being a collaborative team player.
- A genuine interest in and passion for music.
- Experience within the music or media industry is a plus, but not essential.
- Familiarity with music rights management and publishing concepts is a bonus, and a skillset you can build over time.
