Your Mission

Are you a trailblazer in the digital music landscape, ready to orchestrate groundbreaking campaigns and redefine how artists connect with their fans? BMG's dynamic Los Angeles-based digital marketing team is seeking a Coordinator of Digital Marketing to join our ranks. You will support the team as we own best-in-class marketing initiatives for A-level and developing cross genre artists. 

Reporting directly to the VP, we're looking for a passionate digital marketer who is a superfan, living at the forefront of music culture. We want someone who is hyper-organized, and who can independently manage multiple tasks. But we also want someone who is a power user on social and AI platforms that can enthusiastically contribute marketing ideas, help manage projects, and confidently track and share online trends to our team as an in-house expert. This is a role that will be actively engaged across multiple teams and projects with a high level of visibility. 

 

What You'll Be Doing

  • Provide direct support for the team by managing day-to-day digital marketing admin needs to best serve the department, i.e. updating artist channels, creating tracking links, monitoring fan chatter, gathering key insights.
  • Work closely & collaboratively with internal and artist teams to organize social timelines and deliver planned content.
  • Closely follow (and create!) the latest trends and proactively strategize ways for our artists and music to lead cultural conversation and internet discourse.
  • Identify and build relationships with social influencers, seeding networks, etc to place our music at the heart of culture.
  • Actively engage with AI, new tech, social platforms, and emerging innovation topics, to spark fresh ideas for marketing campaigns.
  • Form strong relationships with internal and artist management teams to assist in marketing plan creation and execution.
  • Contribute to the global digital marketing team with learnings, developments and experiences. 

 

 

What You Bring

  • You have experience in digital marketing or social media (fan and internship experience is welcome)!
  • You’re a master of top social platforms, stay ahead of trends, and can bring your social media savvy to the table to maximize artist reach and engagement.
  • You have a high interest in AI, new tech, and are interested to drive innovation by integrating third-party APIs into product.
  • Organized and a natural multi-tasker with the willingness to learn more about the various areas of digital marketing.
  • Knowledge of paid social advertising.
  • Ability to create filters using Effect House, or that is a CapCut Creator.
  • Ability to take initiative and work well in a team environment.

Pay Range
$52,700 per annum

The pay range listed above is dependent upon factors such as work experience, qualifications and business needs. In addition to the range above, this role is eligible for a discretionary annual bonus and applicable benefits.
