People Business Partner (f/m/d)

Your Mission
As a People Business Partner, you will shape HR strategy in Germany and support functional teams across Europe. You will collaborate closely with the Vice President - People & Culture to promote a unified HR strategy and optimize HR operations. Your focus will be on talent development, compliance, employee experience, and organizational effectiveness.

What You'll Be Doing

• Collaborate with business leaders to align the people strategy with business objectives and use data to identify workforce needs.
• Build relationships across the business, fostering collaboration and positive change.
• Oversee the entire employee lifecycle, ensure compliance with local laws and HR policies, and support HR operations.
• Assist in transformation initiatives and ensure effective workforce management during changes.
• Develop consistent HR processes and identify areas for integration and standardisation to drive efficiency and enhance the employee experience.
• Coach and provide feedback to leaders to improve business efficiency and organisational performance.

What We Are Looking For

• Experience as an HR Business Partner, with a background in both operational and strategic HR roles.
• Strong knowledge of local employment laws and cultural differences.
• Proven ability to align HR strategies with business goals and lead organisational change.
• Experience working in multi-country environments, with the ability to navigate diverse workplace dynamics.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence senior leadership and build trusted relationships across the business.
• Fluency in German and English is required.
