Job Description
Arvato is hiring motivated and dependable Warehouse Associates to join our operations team. In this role, you’ll be a key part of delivering high-quality products to our customers by picking, packing, assembling, and shipping orders accurately and efficiently.

YOUR TASKS:
- Assemble custom kits and pick/pack orders
- Determine whether finished product meets quality standards for customers
- Work independently with a sense of urgency and purpose
- Make decisions based on quantity of work and required finishing time to meet shipment deadlines
- Follow Return’s disposition playbook
- Maintain neat and orderly workspace
- Use of computer and SAP/ERP for inputs and outputs
- Any other task as directed by the supervisor
Qualifications
- At least 6 months of previous work experience, preferably in a warehouse or manufacturing type of environment
- High School Diploma or Equivalent Education
- Stand, bend, stoop, lift, and walk majority of your shift
- Ability to work in a non-climate controlled environment
- Maximum unassisted lift 35 lbs., average lift, less than 10 lbs.
- Ability to use a keyboard, monitor, RF scanner and calculator
- Ability to communicate verbally
- Are able to work in a non-climate controlled environment
