Job Description


As a Traffic employee, you are responsible for the accurate and efficient handling of transport-related processes. You maintain oversight of daily goods flows and support the coordination of inbound and outbound transportation activities.

  • Coordinate and monitor inbound and outbound transport movements;
  • Maintain contact with carriers, drivers and internal stakeholders regarding shipment status;
  • Welcome and assist drivers upon arrival and departure;
  • Assign the correct dock or gate position to incoming trucks;
  • Check and process transport documentation;
  • Identify and follow up on deviations within transport and logistics processes;
  • Prepare reports and process operational data in systems and Excel;
  • Ensure accurate administrative processing of transport flows.

You will be part of the Traffic & Customer Support team and work closely with Operations, Warehouse Support and other internal stakeholders. You will report to the Supervisor and play a visible role within the daily operation.


Qualifications


We are looking for a communicative and well-organized Traffic employee who feels at home in a dynamic logistics environment and can maintain overview when multiple processes are running simultaneously.

  • MBO+ level of working and thinking, preferably in Logistics, Supply Chain or a related field;
  • 1–3 years of experience within a logistics, transport or warehouse environment;
  • Good understanding of logistics processes;
  • Experience with Excel and operational systems;
  • Good command of the English language, both written and spoken;
  • Available full-time and willing to work in a 2-shift operation;
  • Accurate, communicative and able to perform well under pressure.
