Job Description


The Talent Acquisition Coordinator provides comprehensive support for Talent Acquisition and Learning and Development through the support and execution of a variety of administrative functions, including generating and auditing reports, metric tracking, coordinating labor requests, sourcing and other projects. 

  • Coordinate and track labor requisition requests.
  • Assist with candidate sourcing through job boards, databases, and networking platforms.
  • Schedule interviews and coordinate communication between recruiters, hiring managers, and candidates.
  • Maintain and update applicant tracking system (ATS).
  • Manage, audit and report on Talent Acquisition requisitions and metrics, ensuring ongoing and accurate reporting and analysis.
  • Participate in various hiring initiatives and projects, providing logistical and administrative support.
  • Contribute to process improvement efforts within Talent Acquisition and Learning and Development functions.
  • Assign, track, and manage training courses within the LMS.
  • Process manual completions for in-person or externally completed training.
  • Audit and update training records to ensure accuracy and compliance.
  • Assist in the preparation, testing, and launch of new training programs.
  • Develop user guides and communications for employees regarding training requirements.
  • Track and report training completions to ensure compliance with deadlines.

Qualifications


  • 2 plus years' experience providing HR administrative support.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
  • Superb written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong time-management skills and multitasking ability.
  • Aptitude for learning new software and systems.
  • Ability to work flexible hours.
  • Previous HR experience in 3PL/Distribution environments preferred.
  • Previous experience with Applicant Tracking Systems preferred.
