We are seeking an experienced and hands-on Pick/Pack/Ship Supervisor to lead our fast-paced fulfillment operations. In this role, you will oversee labor, equipment, and workflow to ensure orders are picked, packed, and shipped accurately, efficiently, and on time. Partnering closely with our control tower and cross-functional teams, you will drive operational excellence, maintain quality standards, and ensure customer requirements are consistently met. 

Your Tasks 

  • Supervise and manage the labor and equipment of the Pick/Pack/Ship operation in conjunction with the control tower guidance and direction. Work closely with all departments to ensure on-time completion and maintain quality of orders to meet customer requirements. 

  • Work with control tower on labor management and priority of orders. You will oversee direct shipping, pick and pack and traffic.

  • Supervise and coordinates activities of employees.

  • Receiving of materials.

  • Transferring of materials.

  • Hire and ensure proper training of new employees for picking, packing and shipping departments.

  • Ensure proper procedures are adhered to and up to date for the control tower for current and new customers.

  • Performance management of all employees (KPI’s).

  • Document, update and ensure procedures and quality processes are followed.

  • Maintain supplies and equipment levels for the department.

  • Monitor and adhere to customer requests and vendor specific shipping requirements.

  • Update and maintain Kronos and Metrics in excel, as it relates to WMS reporting.

  • Monitor picking packing and shipping functions on the floor.

  • Ensure that shift end specific procedures with all shipping systems are completed and floor end of shift close out are followed.

Your Profile

  • SAP is a must or equivalent WMS systems.

  • 3 years of Supervisory experience or equivalent work experience.

  • Bachelor’s Degree is preferred.

  • 3 years in a SAP and /or WMS environment.

  • Experience with inventory research.
