Job Description


As an Inventory Supervisor at Arvato, you will play a critical role in ensuring operational efficiency and inventory accuracy across all warehouse functions. This position requires a hands-on leader who can oversee shipping, receiving, and traffic management while collaborating with multiple departments to maintain seamless workflows. YOUR TASKS

  • Overseeing inventory management activities, including the coordination of shipping, receiving, and traffic management
  • Work closely with all departments to coordinate inventory-related tasks and maintain order accuracy
  • Monitoring and evaluating employee performance against key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide regular feedback
  • Develop and maintain cycle count and inventory control processes to ensure accurate stock levels
  • Document, update, and ensure adherence to inventory procedures and quality standards
  • Maintain appropriate levels of inventory supplies and equipment for operational efficiency
  • Update and maintain warehouse management systems (WMS), Kronos, and relevant metrics in Excel
  • Conduct variance investigations and complete audit documentation to ensure inventory accuracy

Qualifications


  • Bachelor’s degree or a minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a warehouse or inventory management environment
  • APICS Certified in Production and Inventory Management (CPIM) certification preferred
  • Proficiency with SAP, WMS, and other warehouse management systems
  • Strong knowledge of MS Office, particularly Excel, and Windows operating systems
  • Excellent mathematical skills for inventory analysis and management
  • Knowledge of traffic coordination and experience managing large volumes of orders
  • Experience with Cherry Picker/Reach Truck operation
