Working with advanced planning tools, reporting dashboards, and workforce management systems, you'll partner closely with Operations Managers, Warehouse Managers, and Supervisors to optimize workforce performance.

 

YOUR TASKS

As a Workforce Capacity Specialist, you'll analyze workforce capacity, forecast staffing needs, and translate business demand into effective workforce plans. By monitoring operational performance and identifying trends, you'll help ensure our operations remain efficient, flexible, and prepared for future growth.

 

Your responsibilities include:

  • Analyzing workforce capacity, staffing levels, and operational performance;
  • Developing short-, medium-, and long-term workforce forecasts and capacity plans;
  • Preparing reports and dashboards while identifying trends, risks, and improvement opportunities;
  • Supporting workforce scheduling and resource planning activities;
  • Maintaining and improving planning models, forecasting methodologies, and reporting tools.

 

You'll primarily work day shifts during standard office hours. Hybrid working is possible, combining office days with working from home where business allows.

 


Qualifications


We're looking for a proactive Workforce Capacity Specialist who enjoys working in a dynamic, data-driven logistics environment and knows how to translate analysis into operational improvements.

  • Bachelor's degree or relevant work experience in Workforce Management, Capacity Planning, Workforce Planning, or Resource Planning;
  • Excellent command of English; Dutch is considered an advantage;
  • Experience with workforce forecasting, capacity planning, and resource planning;
  • Advanced Excel skills; experience with Workforce Management systems is a strong plus;
  • Available full-time (40 hours per week);
  • Strong analytical skills, detail-oriented, proactive, and results-driven;
  • Nice to have: Experience within logistics, supply chain, or warehouse operations.

  • A gross monthly salary of €3,400 based on 40 hours, depending on your experience;
