Do you want to lead a team and improve daily operations? As a Supervisor in Puttershoek, you help manage and improve our Consumer Products warehouse.

You work in a modern and automated warehouse. We use systems and data to manage our processes. This is a good role if you want more responsibility, career growth, and an international work environment.

YOUR TASKS

As a Supervisor, you lead one of our logistics departments. You make sure daily targets (KPIs) are reached. You also help your team improve and grow. You report to the Warehouse Manager.

This is what you need to do:

• Lead a team of team leaders and warehouse employees
• Check daily results and adjust when needed
• Lead daily meetings with your team
• Work together with Workforce to plan staff
• Improve processes and support your team

You work in a shift schedule with early and late shifts during weekdays. On Saturdays, you work morning shifts. During busy periods, this can also include afternoon shifts. Sundays are free.

In addition, there are one or two periods per year when the team works night shifts for a few months. These night shifts are part of the team rotation. You receive a shift allowance.

You work in an international and diverse environment where automation and systems are important.

YOUR PROFILE

We are looking for a strong and motivated Supervisor who enjoys working in a logistics environment.

• MBO+/HBO working and thinking level;
• At least 1 year of experience as a Supervisor, or several years as an Assistant Supervisor;
• Experience in logistics or warehouse operations;
• Experience with systems such as SAP or other ERP/WMS systems;
• Good English skills;
• Willing to work in shifts (including temporary night periods);
• Good leadership and communication skills;
• Able to improve processes and work with data.
