Job Description


  • You’ll be responsible for the co-ordination and execution of all activities related to the purchasing and execution of raw materials.  Your main duties will include purchasing activities, order management, cycle count/data reconciliation, inventory management, and invoicing.
  • You will prepare for and participate in business reviews with the customer.  You will work closely with the customer team, suppliers, service delivery, operations, Account Manager, and others. 

Qualifications


To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.  

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations, Supply Chain, Logistics, or related field (or equivalent experience)
  • 3+ years Supply Chain buyer/planner/logistics environment experience
  • 2+ years experience with advanced Excel
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (focus on Excel skills)
  • Communication skills: able to communicate clearly and effectively to internal and external stakeholders
  • Excellent organizational and leadership skills
  • Customer service-oriented 
  • SAP/ERP experience strongly preferred
