Job Description
Arvato is seeking a Senior Global Key Account Manager to nurture our high-end clientele to ensure all business processes across multiple lines are processed and addressed within established service levels; oversee the day-to-day business and support appropriate team for execution; participate and administration of special projects with client and internal organization; follow established (ISO) processes; manage inquiries, issues and improvements for supported programs and areas of focus; work with clients and Arvato owned tools and websites; answer customer inquiries about order status scenarios and troubleshooting technical issues.
YOUR TASKS
- Identify emerging issues and trending problems for solution and drive solution to resolution.
- Keep abreast of program changes and informational updates and be responsible for updating team members on all changes.
- Monitor status and volumes for all business lines to ensure all service levels are met as established by the company and client.
- Manage the implementation of change requests to run business as area of focus.
- Responsible for coordination of new projects or change requests.
- Coordinates with global teams for supporting all service delivery aspects of businesses, including best practice sharing and adoption of improvements developed by other teams.
- Comply with company set procedures; supports account’s specific programs.
- Responsible for developing and streamlining procedures across areas of focus
- Responsible for execution of all client reporting and invoicing, with assistance from reporting contacts as needed.
- Monitor and follow-up with clients as needed on payments.
- Manage P&L of businesses including financial reviews, cost management, budgeting and forecasting.
- Lead a local team of 9-12 team members.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or higher
- At least 5 years managerial experience within account or service delivery teams
- At least 5 years experience in Warehousing, Distribution or 3PL environment
- At least 5 years managing teams
- Open to travel globally (20%)
